Nice, extremely catchy symphonic metal album with very good rhythm-work, beautiful singing and well-thought-out orchestral and choir pieces to accompany it. Definitely worth to give a listen.

#3 2023: "XANDRIA reborn", concerning the line-up. In terms of music it is what you expect from one of the leading symphonic metal bands. 75 minutes(!) of bombastic, dramatic, well arranged and varied female fronted metal. Each song on this long player is catchy, full of pathos and a hit, Also the new singer makes a great job and brings soul into the heavy soundscapes. A must have release for fans of this genre. Not original, but better than all Nightwash releases since "Dark Passion Play"!

I've listened to their earlier albums but none of them hit like this one did for me. I honestly listened to the first track (Daruma) a dozen times before I sat down and listened to the rest of the album. I love that they got Arjen on this album, but I wish he did a bit more than narration. Love the album.
